Boxcar Aldous Huxley have been hard at work recording their second album, finally putting to record tales of heroic structural engineering, tragic town combustion and radical temperance. Overtly curious audiences can gain an insight into the recording process through the following video:
We have two upcoming performances: the first is at the Grain Barge in Bristol, on Friday 5 April, with support from fine fiddler Ottersgear.
The second is a Folk Rising night at Cecil Sharp House in London, the home of the English Folk Dance and Song Society. It’s an honour to be invited to infiltrate the headquarters of English folk music, where we will humbly try to avoid desecrating tradition. See you there on Thursday 11 April!
